​Dan is an associate attorney with Eberle Berlin.  Dan represents a range of institutional clients in the fields of insurance defense and coverage, and his practice focuses primarily on defense-side civil litigation.  Prior to joining Eberle Berlin, Dan worked for a well-known Boise civil litigation firm, and before that served as the staff attorney to an Ada County District Court judge.  Dan is a third-generation attorney, his grandfather having been admitted to the Utah Bar in 1923.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Dan was an infantryman with the 101st Airborne and 2d Infantry Divisions, U.S. Army.  Dan is married to another Idaho attorney, whom he met in law school; they live outside Boise with three children and a very reasonable dog.
